When will my order ship?

All ready to ship orders are mailed within 5 business days through USPS unless otherwise noted. Any pre-order pieces will ship out within the timeline specified on the individual product page. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary from order to order depending on the weight of each package. If you are ordering multiple pieces, I'm happy to combine shipping and refund extra costs not used.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! Please reach out—I'd love to collaborate if timelines match up.

Do you offer local pick up?

If you are local to Boston and would like to pick up your order, you can use the code LOCALPICKUP at check out to waive shipping costs. Once your order is placed, I will email you with pick up instructions within 3-4 business days.

How do I return a piece?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly issue store credit upon the return of your item(s).

You will be responsible shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, I will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs.

I cannot issue the refund (store credit) until I've physically received the item and have inspected it to ensure it's in its original condition & confirm it's undamaged.

I'm not responsible for lost packages or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers. To initiate a return for store credit, please email orders@makceramics.com.

How do I care for a piece?

Functional pieces such as drinkware (mugs, tumblers), bowls, plates are all food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe.

Hand washing is always recommended to ensure the longevity of the piece.

If a piece is not food-safe, it will be listed on the individual product page.
